La Ventana, Baja California Sur, Mexico

Where to stay

Some of us at the hotel, everyone else close by — and here is what close by means. March is the busiest month of the year in La Ventana, so book early.

Hotel Todo Bien 🌴

Rooms held
11

We’ve taken over the whole little hotel for the weekend — 11 rooms from Thursday, March 4 through Sunday, March 7 — and we cannot WAIT.

The rooms sleep around 22–24 people, so we’ll have our wedding party and some of our immediate family staying with us at Todo Bien. If we’ve reserved one of the rooms for you, you’ll see that noted on your invitation. 🤍

Coming a night early, or staying on? The hotel has rooms free on Wednesday, March 3 and Sunday, March 7 too — tell us and we’ll set it up with them.

For everyone else, there are plenty of beautiful places to stay close by, and we’ll share our favorites below. Wherever you stay, you’ll be right there with us for all the wedding fun.

The rooms

For those of you staying here with us — your invitation says if that’s you, and has the same list with a way to tell us which room you’d like.

Two private villas on the hotel grounds, each with a full kitchen, a living room and an ocean-view terrace. They are not part of the rooms we have taken, so they are there for a group of friends or a family to share — about six to a villa, a few steps from everything.

Staying nearby 🌴

There are so many gorgeous little places to stay around La Ventana — boutique kite hotels, beach casitas, and houses dotted along a few kilometres of coastline — all nice and close to the wedding fun.

March is one of the most popular times of year in La Ventana, so once you know you’re coming, we definitely recommend booking sooner rather than later.

Many places ask for around 50% upfront, and some homes are listed as weekly rentals, but it’s always worth reaching out and asking about a Thursday–Sunday stay.

We’ll share some of our favorite nearby options below to make finding your Baja home for the weekend nice and easy. 🤍

The beach campground at El Sargento, a few minutes up the road from the hotel · about 250–300 pesos a night

If we are honest, this is where we usually stay in La Ventana — on the sand, in the van. Half our friends live in vans, so pull up beside us. Dry camping: toilets and showers, no hookups, first come, first served, and it fills up in wind season.
